Estate Planning
Family.
Isn’t family the reason we do everything? Whether your family is made up of your partner, siblings, children, or simply close friends, there are people who love you dearly and who are impacted when things happen to you. An estate plan is one of the best ways to prepare your family for what is to come and to take care of them when you are no longer able.
Everything you need.
Every person is different, and so is every estate plan. When you meet with Rich for your initial planning meeting, you will discuss exactly what you need to set up your estate the way you want to. Look through the options below to become familiar with common estate plan documents.
-
Most estate plans include
Trust (and related documents)
Will
Health Care Directive
Power of Attorney
HIPAA Release
Final Disposition
-
Deeds for property, mineral rights, etc.
Beneficiary Trusts
-
Ammendments. (Because of evolving family circumstances and law surrounding estate plans, Rich recommends checking in every 4–6 years. You won’t always want to amend your documents, but the option is always available to you.)
